On June 1, 2012 our company put into operation a new shop for anodizing aluminum profiles, parts and sheet materials.

The new high-capacity automated equipment lets us not only give anodic treatment to our own products – decorative profiles for floor coverings and interiors, but also start to offer protective covering production for the customers.

Due to the constant perfecting and optimizing of manufacturing activities our company mastered anodizing different profiles, virtually from any aluminum alloys.

Our company mastered anodizing of medium- and large-size parts.

We are developing accessories for working with small parts.

The obvious advantage of anodizing the prefabricated parts is that due to applying anodized coating all the surfaces, including the processed ones, will be protected with an anodized film, which will protect it against corrosion. It’s especially important for critical parts used in the aviation or in defense ministry.

At the present moment our company offers mechanical treatment produced in collaboration with other companies that have a modern stock of high-accuracy equipment, but we also plan to extend our own equipment stock in the future in order to optimize the expenses for manufacturing organization and to lower its production costs.
