Aluminum profiles

 

Producing aluminum profiles by injection molding (extrusion) at the plants of partner enterprise in Belarus, Russia and the Ukraine.

We render services in work preparation to manufacturing profiles and parts: developing design documentation, optimization of technical processes, stereotyping, producing the pilot lot, matrix refining and updating, series production of profiles.

You may give us a ready design of an extrusion or a part with all the dimensions, tolerances and other parameters (including alloy and hardness), and if there is no design, you can give us a sample of extrusion or we can render advisory services in developing a new extrusion, or the product made from it.

For mastering a new extrusion or parts, one needs to perform research and development and process design. It comprises drawing up necessary design documentation, determining the sequence of processing the parts and its optimization, stereotyping, prototype making, extrusion refining and commercializing.

As a rule it takes about 2 months to perform all types of preparatory work. The delivery dates of the complete extrusion are settled separately, it depends on the amount ordered and the seasonality. The minimum order for the extrusion is from 500 kg.
