Mechanical treatment

We can perform any mechanical treatment operations for the customers. While there is a range of operations performed directly at ÊÒÌ plant, our plant transfers some other operations to its partner enterprises.

Our partner enterprises have a modern stock of high-accuracy equipment and specialized in making the parts for the customers from Germany and France.

Later on we plan to extend to extend our own equipment stock in the future in order to optimize the expenses for manufacturing organization and to lower its production costs.

The mechanical treatment comprises the following range of operations:

Drilling< is recommended to be used prior to anodization of profiles, otherwise the openings in the extrusion will be anodized as well.

Parting-off is trimming anode spots in the butt end of the extrusion (anode spots are spots left on the surface of extrusion or parts for providing electrochemical reaction).

Cutting is blanking operation, during which the parts are cut from the extrusion and the sheet for further processing or anodizing.

Milling is processing profiles or parts at 5- or 6-axis milling machines or mulripurpose mechanical treatment units.

Stamping is perforation of different openings or apertures.

Bending is shaping profiles for further processing or anodizing.

Welding is argon welding of parts and structures made of aluminum alloys.

Polishing renders the product beautiful shine, can be applied ONLY PRIOR TO anodizing.

Wire brushing (axial work with brushes) – creating special axial lines, can be applied ONLY PRIOR TO anodizing.

Shotblasting is lending the metal aesthetic unevenness, which lets achieve a predetermined degree of flatness. It is recommended to be used PRIOR TO anodizing.

Laminating is applying a special laminated film or veneer to the visible surface of the extrusion. It may be applied both to the anodized profiles and to the “raw” profiles.

Engraving is applying text or graphic information to sheet materials or main parts.

Digital printing is applying anodized coating to open-cell sheet materials, for further printing on special digital equipment.

The given print method allows transferring text information, raster and vector full-colour images to aluminium sheets, herewith provides high resistance to precipitations, is operable practically in any conditions, including the countries with maritime climate.
