We are continuing our work of anodizing of sheet materials.
It has become possible to apply anoding coatings on sheet materials without sealing for further printing on special digital equipment.
We have conducted preliminary negotiations with a European leader which specialize on printing on anodic film.
This printing method allows to achieve the transfer of text information, raster and vector full-color images on aluminum sheet, at the same time it allows to provide high resistance to atmospheric precipitation. So this aluminium sheet becomes suitable for use in practically all conditions, including in countries with a maritime climate. |

We have obtained a new colour of anodizing — «black colour».
Now our colour palette contains five basic colours: «silver», «gold», «champagne», «bronze» and «black», and their additional tones (light and dark).
We would like to remind that our equipment allows to anodize aluminium profiles, details or sheets in practically any color, it depends on the desire of our customer and the volume of its orders. |

Continuing to improve and optimize manufacturing processes, our company began to anodize various profiles practically from all aluminium alloys.
We began to anodize medium and large details. Special racks for small details are being designed.
The obvious advantage of anodizing of the ready details is that after applying of anodic coating all surfaces are protected by anodic layer. |

The company JV «KTM-2000» ltd has launched a new production line of anodizing of aluminum profiles.
At the initial stage of the work of the line it is planned to anodize profiles in four basic colours-gold, silver, bronze and champagne. The technology also allows to recieve different tones of these colours.
Since the 1st of March 2012 the new production line has been working in the test mode, and now our company is ready to carry out orders of serial instalments of products.

Following the last trends of fashion on floor coverings, we expanded color scale of laminated profiles.
Not so long ago we began to produce laminated profiles of the colour «White Oak» (code 617), and nowwe launched the production of the profiles of the colour «Oak-clay» (code 717) as well.
These colours we specially choosed to satisfy changing demand of those our customers whose preferences started to move from classical colours, such as oak and beech of natural tone, to new trends: lightened colors of wood and textures of gray tone.

We tried to find universal colours which can fit the programs of many producers of floor coverings.

Trying-out of technological process of a new line of anodizing of aluminium profiles was successfully completed.
As a result we have achieved the stability of color scale and high quality. Colors of anodizing completely coincide with those we had before in our program - gold, silver, champagne and bronze (cognac).
The thickness of received covering is about 25 microns. This covering exceeds essentially the analogs of other producers (10-15 microns).

Products with such thickness of anodized covering are more corrosion-resistant and stable to mechanical damages.
This advantage permits aluminum profiles KTM to be used in heavy climatic conditions and, even, in regions with sea climate.
Stability to mechanical damages gives the possibility to use production of KTM not only in "house" conditions, but also in public, industrial buildings with high passability.

On the 1st of March of 2012 the plant construction in Logoysk was completed, the manufacture of anodic coverings was launched, thermal reconstruction of the building of our plant (the winterization of its front) was finished and new work sections of the project «Logoysk-2» were handed over. As a result of fulfilled work from 2006 to 2012 we have at our disposal more than 6 000 square meters of production areas in Logoysk (30 km from Minsk ring highway).

The building was reconstructed with the application of power efficient technologies:
heat losses inside the building were minimized, the system of heating and ventilation with effective rekuperation of the heat is used;
special thermal pumps are installed on the production lines which evolve huge quantity of heat. They allow to direct forming surpluses of heat on the heating of the building during winter period or on other technological needs of the production;
for illumination of the production areas the modern energy saving lamps are used;
in the building the system of automatic control of the ventilation, heating and lighting is installed.
The heat-insulation of the front of a building allows to save annually near 8.4 leters of fuel (on the basis of 1 sq.m. of the area). Application of these technologies leads to the reduction of emission of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere - the economy of 1 leter of fuel reduces emission of greenhouse gases on 2.8 kg of CO2, at efficiency of the use of fuel at the level of 95 %.

The project «Line of anodizing»
In the second quarter of 2012 on our plant in Logoysk we will launch a new manufacture «The line of anodizing of aluminium profiles»
After carrying out of technological tests, trying-out technical processes and receiving of steady quality of anodic coverings we will offer to our patners the expanded line of colours of anodized aluminium profiles.
This manufacture collected all the newest technologies from the whole world in the area of galvanic coverings of aluminum alloys, systems of the automatic guidance and control over technical processes. The manufacturing equipment was baught in Germany, Italy, Sweden, the USA, India and Poland.
The German technology and chemical components will give us the possibility to receive the certificate of quality «QualAnod» recognized all over the world. This quality certificate «QualAnod» the international quality mark which is usually drawn on anodic covering of the metals used in architectural construction.
The newest system of sewage treatment will allow us to process, clear and reuse completely water in the technology of anodic coverings that will permit to protect our main property - the nature.
Besides, since we have paid a lot of attention to the questions of savings of thermal and electric energy our new project corresponds to the concept of "power effective manufacture".
