As part of the exhibition "Furniture Forum - 2013" held in Minsk from 30th of April till 3rd of May the new profile W823 for systems for sliding wardrobes and for light compartments from sliding doors was successfully presented.
This profile is double-sided vertical handle for door frame. The profile W823 is the development of the specialists of our company and is presented on our market for the first time.
The uniqueness of this profile lies in its universality, because when you have only one type of the profile W823, you can assemble doors for sliding wardrobes with different front, and in combination with certain materials you can even "update" the look of the wardrobe on the ready product just by displacing the reverse side of the door frontwards, that certainly is unique offer on the market of the wardrobes.
It stands to mention that for all above stated qualities the price of the new profile does not exceed the price of the classical profile of the system Senator.

Relatively new directions of work of our plant are services for mechanical treatment of the profiles and details from aluminum alloys, consultations about organizing and preparing of the production of new profiles and details from aluminum alloys by the method of extrusion (die casting).
Moreover, our company has mastered absolutely new for Belarus technology of production of open-cell aluminum sheets for further printing by different methods.
As a result, color pigments appear inside the pores of anodic layer and after hot sealing capping of the pores takes place. As a result information or images applied by such method have very high resistance to aggressive media, atmospheric precipitation, UV-radiation, solvents, alkalis, oils and other cutting compounds.
In addition, this technology can be considered vandal-proof as it has following qualities: scratch resistance, resistance to applying of another images - they can be easily cleaned by solvents without spoiling of original image.
This method of printing on aluminum sheets is suitable for use in practically any environment, including in the countries with arctic and maritime climate.
The use of these products is very diverse: name plates, type plates, front plates, and control panels for a wide range of sectors, vanity panels, control panels for transport and military techniques, for instrumentation, in the architectural sphere, design and advertising.
