Anodizing. Quality

Our quality policy is focused on the control of all production processes, starting from the stage of metal profile preparation for anodizing and ending by the final stage - finished product approval.

At the plant facilities we have a laboratory that works efficiently and holds regular tests, inspections and measurements (tests for the corrosion resistance of anode coating, tests for the consistency and stability of anode film).

Our specialists continuously monitor the chemical composition of bath tubs. Virtually, all the processes are automated, thus allowing us to reduce and nullify the so-called human factor risks.

In 2015 we certified our production process according to the requirements of the Qualanod standard and received the license numbered 3001 allowing us to use this world-renowned quality sign in the area of anodizing of aluminium alloys.

This certificate is of great value for the companies applying the anode coatings (anodizing method) on aluminium alloys as quite often customers and users don’t have appropriate equipment and expertise to monitor the quality of the applied coating (electroplating).

The quality assurance sign "Qualanod" ensures that companies engaged in rendering anodizing services fully comply with the requirements of all technological processes and the regulations are strictly enforced.

The Qualanod certified inspectors are rigorously monitoring this. They ensure the independent control, without prior notice, that usually takes place from 2 to 5 times a year.
