Anodizing. Security and environmental safety

We are concerned not only about the quality of the services provided by our company, but also about the environment and the workers’ safety.

Our plant was built in accordance with the current environmental regulations, аnd, as is known the environmental regulations implemented in Belarus are the “tightest” in Europe.

The most modern sewage treatment system installed at the plant enables to process, purify and re-use all the water in anodizing technologies.

The plant is equipped with the most modern ventilation and air cleaning system, which reduces harmful effects to the health of the workers of the company. The system sensors constantly monitor the air in the working area, and the computer which controls the ventilation system analyzes the sensor readings and automatically manages the air delivery, the number of air changes and the filtration systems.

We minimized the heat loss in the building by using a heating and ventilation system with heat recovery and automatic parameters regulation. The production lines have heat pumps which direct the obtained surplus heat to heat the plant in winter time or to fulfill other process requirements for the production.

We use only energy-saving lamps to light the production facilities.

In general, the heat insulation of the facade of the building lets us save about 8.4 l of heating oil (per 1 sq.m of the area) annually. Besides, using these technologies brings about reduction of greenhouse gas emission into the atmosphere – namely, saving 1 l of oil reduces emission to 2.8 кг CO2, at the fuel efficiency of 95%. Chemical waste is subject to the strict control, further on the waste is directed to be processed or recycled without making harm to the environment.
